Kathmandu. Non-Resident Nepali Infrastructure and Development Company Limited (NRN) has decided to sell its shares in Himalayan Power Partners.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Sunday decided to sell its stake in Himalayan Power Partners. As per the agreement, the company will sell 8,56,960 units of shares in Himalayan Power Partners.
According to the company, the shares will be sold through the secondary market.
