Kathmandu. The 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Himalayan Everest Insurance Company Limited (HIC) has been concluded. The meeting was held at Anmol Banquet in Sankhamul, Kathmandu.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. The meeting has approved a cash dividend of Rs 2012,992 (including tax) of the current paid-up capital of Rs 2.50 billion.
The same meeting has endorsed the annual and auditor’s report of the last fiscal year.
The meeting held the current fiscal year 2082. The meeting also approved the proposal regarding the appointment of 83 auditors and fixation of their remuneration.
