Kathmandu. Siddhartha Premier Insurance has contributed to the Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund. The company has contributed Rs 10.1 million to the Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund established by the Government of Nepal as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to support the reconstruction, economic reconstruction and relief of the physical structures damaged during the agitations on September 9 and 24.
Suresh Lal Shrestha, chairman of Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited, handed over the cheque of the amount to Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal at the Ministry of Finance.
Finance Secretary, Revenue Secretary and CEO of Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited were also present on the occasion.
Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal, on behalf of the Government of Nepal, has thanked Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited for its contribution to the Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund.
Along with this amount, Rs 13,35,65,000 has been deposited in the fund till date.
