Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Partners Capital Limited and Pashupati Ventures Limited have signed an agreement for the appointment of Initial Public Offering Manager (IPO) in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. The agreement was signed between Mr. Dinesh Prasad Shrestha, Director of Pashupati Ventures Limited and Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha, CEO of Citizen Capital.
As per the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited will be the issue manager for the IPO issuance after approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
Pashupati Ventures Limited is an investment company having been investing in various hydropower companies for the past 15 years. Hydropower companies including Khanikhola Hydropower Company Limited and Maya Khola Hydropower Company Limited have been producing power after completing these hydropower projects.
