Kathmandu. Chandragiri Hills Limited has called its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 7. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Chandragiri Hills Limited, Bottom Station premises, Thankot, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing bonus shares at the rate of 5 percent of the current paid-up capital and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
Likewise, the AGM will issue hundred percent right shares of the paid-up capital after the bonus share distribution, amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and endorse the loan taken from Prabhu Bank for the construction of new projects.
The meeting will also endorse the annual report to be presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081/82, discuss and approve the financial statements including the auditor’s report, accounts, cash flow, income and expenditure, among others.
The company is closing its book for one day on December 26 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till December 24 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
