The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Barun Hydropower Company is taking place at 9:30 am today at Smart Durbar located at Sankhapark, Kathmandu. The AGM will endorse 4.75 percent bonus shares and 0.25 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.
The company has already closed its book on November 30 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. As per the book close, only the shareholders who have been registered in the Nepal Stock Exchange till November 26 will be eligible to participate in the AME and receive the dividend.
The 17th annual general meeting of Shine Resunga Development Bank is being held at Hotel Saffron CK in Butwal, Rupandehi at 12:30 noon today.
The AGM will endorse 13 percent dividend which includes 3 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.
The bank has already closed its book for one day on November 28 for the AGM and dividend distribution. As per the book closure, only the shareholders who have remained in NEPSE till November 26 will be eligible to participate in the AMALGAM and receive the dividend.
The 17th annual general meeting of Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower will be held at Surya Event in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu at 10:30 am today. The company has not proposed to distribute dividend and has already closed the book for the meeting on November 28.
The 7th annual general meeting of Sarbottam Cement is taking place at 11:00 am today at Hotel Siddhartha Villas in Bhairahawa, Rupandehi. The AGM will approve 15 percent cash dividend and 5 percent bonus share.
The company has already closed its book on November 26 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Therefore, only the shareholders who have remained in the Nepal Stock Exchange till November 26 will be eligible to participate in the AME and receive the dividend.
