Kathmandu. Shares of Sagar Distillery will start trading from Sunday.
Shares of Sagar Distillery Limited have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. The ordinary shares of any company are traded from the second day of listing of NEPSE. However, since the shares will not be traded on Friday, the shares of the company will be trading from Sunday.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 72,60,000 units of shares of Sagar Distillery. Of these, the promoter has 5.8 million (80 percent) and the general public has 14 lakh 52 thousand (20 percent).
NEPSE has provided ‘Sagar’ to Sagar Distillery. For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum of Rs 106.52 and a maximum of Rs 319.56 per share.
Now, in the special pre-open session on Sunday, the company’s shares will be traded for the regular session if they are traded within the range set by NEPSE.
Sagar Distillery had opened the IPO to the general public from September 19 to September 22. Muktinath Capital, the issue manager for the IPO issuance, was issued on September 28.
