Kathmandu. So far, four development banks have declared dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. Among the development banks listed in NEPSE, Miteri Development Bank, Garima Bikas Bank, Muktinath Bikas Bank and Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank have declared dividend so far.

Miteri Development Bank

The bank has announced a 10% dividend to its shareholders. In which the bank has decided to distribute only cash dividend. The bank has decided to hold its AGM on November 23. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Sunsari Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Dharan-1.

The bank has decided to close its book from November 9 to November 23 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the bank before November 23 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.

Garima Bikas Bank

The bank has decided to distribute 10.53 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 6 percent bonus shares and 4.53 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The bank is going to hold its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 12, 2019. The meeting will be held at Hotel Pokhara Grand, Birauta, Pokhara and Kaski at 11:00 am. The bank is closing its book on November 1. Therefore, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till November 1 will get dividend.

Muktinath Vikas Bank

The bank has decided to distribute 18.2 percent dividend on its paid-up capital from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 13.53 percent bonus shares and 4.67 percent cash dividend. The bank is holding its AGM on November 30.

Kamana Seva Vikas Bank

The bank has decided to distribute 15.7895% dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank will distribute 10% bonus shares and 5.7895% cash dividend. The bank has also held its AGM.
