Shangri-La Development Bank founder shares open for sale

Kathmandu. Shangri-La Development Bank Limited is going to sell its founder’s shares to the general public. The bank is selling 64,000 units owned by founder shareholder Balram Shrestha and 25,759 units owned by founder shareholder Bishwa Prakash Gurung.

Earlier, the bank had issued a 35-day notice to the existing founding shareholders and sold the shares to the general public after it was not sold within this time.

The general public or organization interested in buying the shares will have to apply to the bank’s central office at Baluwatar, Kathmandu within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
