Kathmandu. Shree Investment and Finance Company is selling 22,696 units of founder shares. Mega Auto International, the founder shareholder of Mega Auto International, is selling 15,131 units of shares in the name of Dipendra Tandon.
Only the existing founding shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of shares. For this, the application has to be submitted to the company’s central office in Dillibazar, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
If the company does not receive an application for the purchase of shares from the founding shareholders of the company within the stipulated time, the shares will be sold to the general public.
