Kathmandu. Shangri-La Development Bank is going to sell its founder shares. According to some of the founder shareholders of the bank, the bank is going to sell the shares as per the application for the sale of shares in their name.
The bank is selling 25,759 units in the name of founder shareholder Osin Batas, 25,759 units in the name of Bishwa Prakash Gurung and 64,000 units in the name of Balaram Shrestha.
The founder shareholders who wish to buy the shares will have to apply within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice. Within this period, you will have to submit an application to the bank’s central office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, disclosing the details of the shares you want to buy.
