Kathmandu. Government’s upcoming fiscal year 2082. The policies and programmes of 83 have been made public today.
President Ram Chandra Poudel presented the policy and programmes in the joint sitting of the federal parliament. A total of 60 pages of such documents plan the country’s future economic strategy.
The policies and programmes include policies to be adopted in the areas ranging from public infrastructure to insurance, banking, health and agriculture. Policies that promote employment and boost the economy have been adopted.
The government has given priority to physical infrastructure and foreign investment. Foreign investment mobilization has also been mentioned in the policy and program.
The government has adopted a strategy to set up asset management companies to manage bad loans and non-banking assets of the growing banks in recent times. The government has committed to make some policy arrangements for the expansion and development of the insurance sector.
