. Shangrila Development Bank Limited has concluded its 21st Annual General Meeting. The AGM held on Monday, December 21, 2002 has approved a proposal of distributing 5.3583 percent cash dividend (including tax) and 5 percent bonus share of the bank’s paid-up capital of Rs 3.55 billion.
With the approval of TAG_OPEN_div_8 the proposal, the bank’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 3,73,40,68,505.53. The AGM also endorsed the proposal of appointment of auditor, amendment of memorandum of understanding and merger and acquisition along with financial statements of FY 081÷82.
