Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Nepal-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCC) successfully concluded its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Kathmandu on Sunday. The meeting reaffirmed the commitment between Nepal and Italy to strengthen bilateral trade, investment, tourism and business cooperation.
Patron Rajesh Kaji Shrestha was the chief guest of the meeting. President of Nepal-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sanjaya Agrawal, along with the leadership team and members, appreciated Italy’s continuous support to Nepal’s development and cultural heritage.
Sanjay Agrawal has been re-elected as the president for the next three years. This reflects the members’ continued confidence in his leadership and approach to the Chamber. Addressing the gathering, Chairman Agrawal presented the strategic priorities of the Nepal-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the coming years, with the goal of deepening business-to-business cooperation between Nepalese and Italian entrepreneurs, actively facilitating investment and policy dialogues, expanding tourism and cultural cooperation, and strengthening the role of Nepal-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a reliable and action-oriented chamber that provides tangible value to its members ।
During the program, Vinod Sagtani was honored with the honor of Member of the Year 2025 and Kalyan Silwal was given the NICCI CSR Community 2025 Award.
