Kathmandu. The stock market rose marginally on Wednesday. The NEPSE index increased by 5.38 points to close at 2731.89.
The NEPSE sub-group group has increased while 5 sub-groups have fallen. On the day, the finance group was the most inclined to fall by 1.24 per cent while the investment group was the biggest loser by 0.16 per cent.
On this day, the share prices of 141 companies increased and 112 companies declined. Today, the share prices of 7 companies are stable.
The market was traded around Rs 11.5 billion today. Most of the transactions have been done in Ankhukhola hydropower.
