In the new update, messages from major companies will be automatically transferred to a new folder called Offers and Updates. However, it will also provide some control. Users can customize it according to their needs.
According to the report, WhatsApp is testing different time periods for this feature. This can be up to 24 hours. ’
If the user does not like this feature, then they can turn it off by going to Settings. However, users will not be able to set time limits according to their preferences.
This new WhatsApp feature aims to keep messages like discount coupons, offers and delivery updates from the main chat list. So that the chat list is clear.
