KATHMANDU: More than 4,59,000 units of shares of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited are up for sale.
A total of 4,59,840 units of shares of the company’s promoter group are up for sale. Currently, only the existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application for the purchase of shares has to be submitted within 35 days. Interested promoter shareholders can submit the application to the company’s central office in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, it will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.
