Kathmandu. The financial year 2082 of two schemes to be operated under Prabhu Mutual Fund. Dividend of 83 has been declared.
The Board of Directors of Prabhu Capital has declared a dividend for the shareholders of Prabhu Smart Fund and Prabhu Select Fund. The company has decided to distribute a 12 percent cash dividend (including tax) for both the schemes.
Capital has decided to close the book on September 10 to distribute dividends of both the schemes. This means that the shareholders who have been in possession before September 25 will get the dividend of both the schemes.
Both of these are closed-end plans.
