Kathmandu. Kumari Bank Limited to Sell Promoter Shares The bank is issuing 5,255 units of promoter shares to the promoter shareholders.
As per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, first priority should be given to the existing promoter shareholders while selling promoter shares, so the existing promoter shareholders who want to buy the shares should apply within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares through Kumari Capital Limited or head office of the bank at Tangal, Kathmandu within 35 days. The issue price of the shares will be as determined by the seller.
