Kathmandu. Himalayan Distillery Limited has declared a dividend for its shareholders. The company has announced a dividend to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
The company has decided to distribute 25% dividend on its current paid-up capital. This includes 20 percent bonus and 5 percent cash dividend.
The company has called its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 15 to endorse the proposal. The assembly will begin at 10:00 am at its registered office in Birgunj, Parsa.
The company will close its book on November 20 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till November 1 will be able to participate in the AGM of the company and receive the proposed dividend.
