Kathmandu. According to Kumari Bank’s 26th Annual Report (FY 2082. 83), the number of major shareholders holding 0.5 percent or more shares in the bank as of July 16, 2083 is 22.
Out of the total share ownership of the bank, the largest share is held by the Employees Provident Fund. The fund holds 83,63,113 units (3.19%) shares.
Likewise, Amir Pratap JB Rana has secured 5,290,583 units (2.02%) shares, Citizen Investment Trust (1.88%) and Janunki Kumari JB Rana Shahi (1.30%) and Sabitri Gurung (1.20%) have secured 3,155,425 units (1.20%).
