Kathmandu. Lately, the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has been taking necessary steps to improve the share market. Necessary steps have been taken to reform the share market in a phased manner with the appointment of Gopal Prasad Bhatta as the chairman of the Securities Board of Nepal.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has issued a 19-point directive to the Securities Board of Nepal (NEPSE) today. According to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the directive is aimed at regulating and monitoring the transactions of securities market and securities entrepreneurs in order to make the securities trading stronger, more effective and credible.
