Kathmandu. More than one and a half lakh units of shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company have been put up for sale.
A total of 1,55,800 units of shares of the promoter group of the company are up for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
The interested promoter shareholders have to apply for the shares within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the company’s central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The bank will open the sale to other individuals and institutions if the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period.
