Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited and Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s leading international chain of hotels, have signed a 15-year franchise and management agreement to operate the hotel. With this agreement, the hotel located in Bandipur will now operate under the international brand of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The agreement signing ceremony took place at the head office of Lemon Tree Hotels in New Delhi, India. The agreement was signed by Bishnu Panthi, Chief Authorized Consultant of Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited and Vilas Pawar, CEO of Lemon Tree Hotels.
According to the agreement, Lemon Tree Hotels will be able to manage the hotel, brand, international marketing, service quality control, human research development and access to the global reservation system. This is expected to further strengthen Bandipur as an international tourist destination.
With more than 100 hotels and more than 9000 rooms, Lemon Tree Hotels has a presence in various countries of India, the Middle East and Asia, through its global network, corporate travel segment and collaboration with international tour operators.
According to the company, this collaboration is a strategic milestone for Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited. The partnership with international brands is expected to have a long-term positive impact on the hotel’s occupancy rate growth, foreign exchange earnings, revenue stability and brand value of the company.
This will strengthen investor confidence and further strengthen the company’s credibility in the market. The agreement is expected to increase the number of international tourists, create employment opportunities in the area, improve the quality of service and tourism infrastructure. According to the company, the hotel in Bandipur will soon come into operation as per the brand name and standards of Lemon Tree Hotels.
