Kathmandu. The 25th Annual General Meeting of Himalayan Distillery Limited is being held today. The assembly will begin at 10:00 am at its registered office in Birgunj, Parsa. The meeting will approve the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has decided to distribute 25% dividend on its current paid-up capital. This includes 20 percent bonus and 5 percent cash dividend.
The company closed its book on November 20 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till November 1 will be able to participate in the AGM of the company and receive the proposed dividend.
