Kathmandu. So far, six development banks have declared dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. Among the development banks listed in NEPSE, Shine Resunga Development Bank, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, Miteri Development Bank, Garima Bikas Bank, Muktinath Bikas Bank and Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank have declared dividends.

The bank has announced a 10% dividend to its shareholders. In which the bank has decided to distribute only cash dividend. The bank has decided to hold its AGM on November 23. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Sunsari Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Dharan-1.

The bank has decided to close the book from November 6 to November 23 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. This means that only the shareholders who have been held before November 23 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.

Garima Development Bank

The bank has decided to distribute 10.53 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 6 percent bonus shares and 4.53 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The bank has concluded its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 12.

Muktinath Vikas Bank

The bank has decided to distribute 18.2 percent dividend on its paid-up capital from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 13.53 percent bonus shares and 4.67 percent cash dividend. The bank has already completed its AGM on November 30.

Kamana Seva Vikas Bank

The bank has decided to distribute 15.7895% dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank will distribute 10% bonus shares and 5.7895% cash dividend. The bank has also held its AGM.

Shine Resunga Development Bank

The bank has declared a 13 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 3 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend. The company has not set a book closing date for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.

Mahalaxmi Vikas Bank

The bank has declared a total dividend of 10.37 percent from the profit of the last FY. Out of the total offered in the company, the bank has decided to distribute 5 percent bonus shares and 5.37 percent cash dividend. The company has not set a book closing date for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
