Kathmandu. NRN Infrastructure and Development has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared 40% bonus share and 2.105% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.
The company has called its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 19 at 9:00 am at Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Road, Kathmandu to approve the dividend. The decision was taken at a meeting of the board of directors of the company held on November 9.
The AGM will endorse the proposal of issuing hundred percent right shares of the paid-up capital after the distribution of bonus shares and dividends.
