Kathmandu. Fiscal Year 2081. So far, 7 commercial banks have declared dividends for 82 years. Standard Chartered Bank, Global IME Bank, Siddhartha Bank, Seasons Bank, Sanima Bank, Everest Bank and Machhapuchchhre Bank have declared dividend on the company.

Siddhartha Bank

The bank is in the financial year 2081. The total paid up capital of Rs 14.08 billion is Rs 14.08 billion from the distributable profit of Rs 14.08 billion. 53 percent of the company has proposed to distribute a dividend of Rs 1.48 billion. Out of this, 5 percent will be given bonus shares worth Rs 70,44,99,010 and 5.53 percent cash dividend (including tax purposes).

The bank has decided to close its book on November 3 for the purpose of dividend and meeting. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the bank before November 3 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.

The bank’s fiscal year 2081. The government has proposed to distribute 8 percent cash dividend (including tax) of the proposed paid-up capital for the current fiscal year. The bank has decided to hold its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 11. The assembly will begin at 10:00 am at the Nepal Academy in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

The bank has decided to close its book on November 30 for the purpose of dividend and meeting. Only the shareholders of the bank who have been registered before November 30 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.

Standard Chartered Bank

The bank has decided to provide 19 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has not yet fixed the date of book closure.

Citizens Bank

The bank has decided to distribute 5 percent bonus shares and 0.263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the last fiscal. The bank is closing its book on November 3 for its AGM and dividend distribution. Therefore, the shareholders who have remained in the company prior to November 1 can participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.

Sanima Bank

The bank has earned a total of Rs 7,000 crore from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has decided to distribute 3685 percent dividend. The bank has decided to give only cash without issuing bonus shares. The bank has decided to close its book on October 12 for the purpose of dividend and annual general meeting. This means that only the shareholders who have been in possession before October 27 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.

Everest Bank

The bank has decided to distribute 20 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 6 percent bonus shares and 14 percent cash dividend. The bank has already closed its book on October 10 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders of NEPSE will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend to be distributed by the bank.

The bank has called its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 26 at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am.

Machhapuchchhre Bank

The bank has decided to distribute 8 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The bank has decided to distribute 4% bonus shares and 4% cash dividend to its shareholders. The company has also held its AGM.
