Kathmandu. National Biotech has called its second annual general meeting (AGM) to issue ordinary shares to the general public. The meeting of the Board of Directors of National Biotech held on Tuesday decided to call the AGM for November 20.
All the shareholders have been requested to be present at the A One Café and Party Palace located in Naya Bazaar, Kathmandu. A special offer will be made to the general public at the upcoming AGM. The Board of Directors shall be authorized to use the capital received after the issuance of ordinary shares TAG_CLOSE_strong_8 TAG_OPEN_strong_8 to make necessary amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding and Regulations, , and carry out banking transactions.
The AGM will approve the annual report for the fiscal year 081/82 , along with the audit report and in accordance with Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063 { {{}} {{}} along with the audit report.
