Kathmandu. Prabhu Cable Car & Tourism has called its first Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the AGM on January 26. The assembly will begin at 2:45 pm at Siddhartha Cottage in Tinkune, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal to issue IPO to the general public. The meeting will also approve another special proposal to use the proceeds of the share czar.
The Assembly shall endorse a special resolution amending the Memorandum of Understanding. The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. Approval of the annual and auditor’s report of the current fiscal year 2082. The meeting shall also approve a proposal for the appointment of an auditor and fixation of his remuneration for the year 83.
