Kathmandu. TIME Pharmaceuticals has called its second annual general meeting.
The Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the AGM on October 11. The assembly will begin at 10:00 am at Hotel Siraichuli in Bharatpur.
The Fiscal Year 2081. The meeting will endorse a special proposal of distributing bonus shares worth Rs 53.11 million out of the paid-up capital of Rs 365 million. The meeting will also endorse a special proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association to increase the issued capital and paid-up capital of the company.
The meeting will approve the annual report of the last fiscal year and approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration for the current fiscal year.
The company is preparing to launch an IPO through book building method. The special general meeting of the company held on April 24 had passed a special proposal to issue IPO through book building method and use the proceeds from the IPO sale.
