Kathmandu. Newly appointed Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Kulman Ghising has taken the first decision of collecting the dues of the dedicated line of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA).
Minister Ghising took this decision while assuming charge at the Ministry today. There was a dispute with the then government regarding the payment of arrears when Ghising was the managing director of NEA.
The then government had decided to remove Ghising from the post of executive director over the issue of arrears.
