Kathmandu. So far, five investment companies have declared dividends. These companies have announced dividends to be distributed to their shareholders for the financial year 2080-81. Out of the seven investment companies listed on NEPSE, only five have declared dividend.
Citizen Investment Trust has decided to distribute a total dividend of 13 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. Out of which, 7 percent is bonus share and 6 percent is cash dividend for tax purposes.
Hydroelecticity Investment and Development Company is distributing a total dividend of 5.25 percent to its shareholders from last year’s profit. In which the company has decided to give only cash dividend without giving bonus shares.
NRNA Infrastructure and Development Company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 5.2632 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. It has 5 percent bonus share and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes on dividend.
CEDB Holdings has distributed a total dividend of 11 percent to shareholders from the profits of the last financial year. The company has distributed 11 percent bonus shares.
Hathway Investment Nepal has distributed a total dividend of 10.526 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. It has 10 per cent bonus share and 0.526 per cent cash dividend for tax purposes on dividend.
