Kathmandu. Sanima Bank has decided to close the book on September 1 for the purpose of dividends and meetings. This means that only the shareholders who have been in the bank before September 1 will be eligible to attend the meeting of this bank and receive the dividend.
Sanima Bank has called its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on Thursday decided to hold the AGM on September 26. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Amrapali Banquet in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.
The meeting approved a cash dividend of 10 per cent of the proposed current paid-up capital (inclusive of tax) and 8 per cent for preference shareholders. The meeting will approve a cash dividend of 25 per cent (including tax). The meeting shall elect 2 directors to be represented on the board of directors from the general public.
The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report for the last fiscal year and approved the proposal for the current fiscal year 2083. 84 for the appointment of the auditor and the resolution relating to the determination of his remuneration.
