Kathmandu. The auction period of about 61 lakh units of shares of Muktinath Agriculture Company is about to end.
The company issued a notice informing that the lockout period of 60,93,360 units of shares is going to end from December 3. Out of which 60,48,000 shares are of the promoter group and 45,360 units of employees.
As per the provision, the promoters and employees of any company have to keep their shares in locks for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
