Kathmandu. Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has called its general meeting to approve the dividend. The meeting will be held on October 23 at Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu. The meeting will be held at 9 am.
The company has decided to distribute cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 1.13 billion (including tax) from the distributable profit of the last financial year, which is 5.2632 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 21.60 billion. The meeting will approve the proposal.
The AGM will approve and deliberate on the Directors’ report for FY 2082/83, the auditor’s report along with the balance sheet for mid-Ashad 2083, detailed profit or loss account, cash flow statement, changes made in the capital and other related schedules.
According to Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063 and Section 63 of the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, the incumbent auditor BRS Neupane & Co., Chartered Accountants will be reappointed as having completed the audit of the bank for three consecutive years as per the recommendation of the audit committee of the bank.
The AGM will endorse the resignation of Lima Adhikari Acharya from the post of Director out of the two Directors elected from the 7th Annual General Meeting of the FY 2081/82 and endorse the appointment of Anita Rayamajhi representing the same group as Director by the decision of the 178th meeting of the Board of Directors.
