Kathmandu. Moonlight Hydropower Company Limited is going to issue 92,41,426 ordinary shares to the general public at a face value of Rs. 100 shares at the rate of Rs. 92,41,42,600 will be guaranteed by Jyoti Capital. The agreement for the share guarantee has been signed between Moonlight Hydropower Company and Moonlight Hydropower Company Company.
Mr. Bikash Dhakal, CEO of Jyoti Capital and Mr. Kalyan Bikram Neupane, Chairman of Board of Directors of Moonlight Hydropower Company signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Jyoti Capital, a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikas Bank, has a paid-up capital of Rs 21 crore. Jyoti Capital, which aspires to be a partner in the prosperity of every customer, has been providing the services of issue and sale manager, investment management, corporate consulting, securities underwriting and share registrar by getting permission from the Securities Board of Nepal to work as a merchant banker.
