Kathmandu. Kumari Bank has called its 26th Annual General Meeting.
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank has decided to hold the general meeting on October 12. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. at the Silver Oak Banquet and Events on Subarna Shumsher Road, Kathmandu.
The meeting will approve a proposal to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of Rs. 55,21,23,396.63 to the shareholders from the distributable amount for the last financial year 2082. The meeting will also approve the annual and auditor’s report for the last financial year.
The same meeting will approve the consolidated financial statement of Kumari Capital and KBL Securities, the subsidiaries of the bank, including the financial statements of the last financial year. The meeting will approve the proposal regarding the appointment of an auditor and determination of his remuneration for the current fiscal year 2083. 83.
The bank has decided to close the book on October 19 for the purpose of dividends and meetings. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the bank before October 19 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.
