KATHMANDU: The 19th Annual General Meeting of Global IME Capital Limited was held in Kathmandu on September 30. The AGM has distributed a total dividend of 25 percent, including 15 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend, to the shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 2082/083.
The AGM has also approved the audit report of the fiscal year 2082/083 and the annual report of the company.
Speaking at the AGM, Chairman Regmi said that despite the sluggish economic activities in the country, the company has been successful in delivering results and thanked all who supported the progress of the company.
Yes Capital is also the first merchant banking company in Nepal as a subsidiary of Global IME Bank. The AGM was presided over by Dip Chandra Regmi, Chairman of the Board of Directors and was conducted by Company Secretary Chhabilal Sharma Poudel.
