Kathmandu. Citizen Life Insurance’s insurance service will be suspended for 3 days.
The company’s services will be disrupted from 8 pm on July 30 to 8 am on July 28. According to the company, the insurance service will resume after 8 am on August 2.
The company is going to further strengthen and modify the Life Insurance Management System (Isolution) that it is currently using to provide life insurance services to the customers in an easy, simple and accessible way and replace it with the isolation version next. During the period, all branches and sub-branches including the company’s central office, digital payment, mobile apps and customer and agent portals will be blocked.
The company has apologized for the inconvenience caused to the customers due to the service interruption. In addition to this, the company has also announced that there will be no late fee for the payment of renewal premium by August 20 (Wednesday) for the insurance policies that are being renewed on the last day of the transaction period.
The company has also pledged to provide life insurance services in a simpler, more accessible and more secure way to all customers after the implementation of the new isolation version next from 8:00 am on Monday, August 2.
