Kathmandu. RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Sunday decided to distribute cash dividend for the financial year. The company has decided to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of 9.40 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1,034,64,417.
The dividend will be approved by the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
