Kathmandu. Pokhara Finance has put up the promoter shares for the general public. The promoter shareholders of the bank, Man Bahadur Gurung, have issued 1,66,56.94 units of promoter shares to the general public and Narayan Babu Lohani has issued 57,511.17 units of promoter shares to the public.
Earlier, the company issued a 35-day notice to the promoter shareholders of the company and opened it to the general public by issuing a 7-day notice after the shares were not sold within the stipulated time.
The interested bidders should submit their application to the central office of the company, Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice.
