Kathmandu. Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Monday decided to distribute a total dividend of 9.5 per cent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 64,82,97,797.22 from the accumulated profit of the financial year. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 3,88,97,867.83 per cent and cash dividend (including dividend tax) of Rs 2,26,90,422.90 per cent coming up to 3.5 per cent.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
