Kathmandu. Suryodaya Bomi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has opened the sale of its promoter shares to the general public. The company has issued a 35-day notice for the sale of the shares to the general public. The company has issued 56,435 units of shares in the name of its shareholder, Kishori Thapa.
The first right to purchase the shares was given to the existing promoter shareholders. The sale was done to the general shareholders after the purchase application was not received from the shareholders within the stipulated time.
The interested bidders can apply for the shares through the prescribed format within 35 days from the company’s corporate office at Mahalaxmi-04, Lalitpur or share registrar, Kumari Capital Limited, Naxal.
