Kathmandu. Pushpa Lal Investment Company Limited is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue of 15,00,000,000 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Rajiv Sapkota, Chairman of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited and Mr. Lal Prasad Sawa Limbu, Chairman of Pushpalal Investment Company Limited in the presence of Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital.
