Kathmandu. More than 8.5 lakh units of shares of Himalayan Bank have been put up for sale.
A total of 8,50,124.57 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are up for sale. Eligible individuals and institutions can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application for the sale of shares has to be submitted within 15 days. The application can be submitted to the central office of the bank at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
