Kathmandu. Muktinath Bikas Bank has launched an attractive special home loan scheme for its customers targeting the Nepal Land & Housing and Construction Expo 2026 and the major festivals of Nepal, Dashain, Tihar and Chhath. Under this scheme, customers can avail loans for house construction, home purchase and housing needs at a special interest rate of +0.25 percent only, up to 70 percent of the valuation of the real estate and up to 80 percent of the first home loan.
The bank has said that this scheme has been brought as an easy and attractive financial opportunity for the customers who want to fulfill the dream of their own house with the enthusiasm of the festival. The special home loan scheme will be applicable till the end of Kartik 2083. After this period, the prevailing interest rates of the bank and the related loan terms will be applicable.
The bank believes that this scheme will help customers who are planning to construct or purchase a house to get loan facilities at competitive interest rates. The bank has said that this facility will be available through all its 176 branches across the country.
