Kathmandu. The Ministry of Home Affairs has warned of action against those involved in illegal activities in loan recovery.
The Ministry has issued a circular in the name of all the District Administration Offices directing them to take action against such practices.
According to the Ministry, the victims can lodge a complaint at the District Administration Office and initiate action against those involved in illegal activities such as torture for loan recovery, picking up goods from their homes, arresting, insulting and misbehaving while staying at the institution’s house until the installment is paid.
