Kathmandu. ICFC Finance Limited is going to hold its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 29. The meeting will begin at 10:00 am at Bouddha Heritage, Bouddha Pipalbot, Kathmandu.
The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute cash dividend (including tax purposes) at the rate of 10.5263 per cent of the existing paid-up capital. In addition, the meeting will also pass resolutions to authorize the board of directors to amend the memorandum of association and regulations, and appoint an auditor.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the finance company is going to close the book for one day on September 2. According to this, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till September 18 will be able to participate in the AGM of the finance and receive the proposed dividend.
