Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has donated Rs. 51 lakh to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund to support the relief, rescue and rehabilitation of the people affected by the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi-Trishuli River on 2083÷05÷10.
The floods have caused an unimaginable and huge loss of life and property in Rasuwagadhi, Timure, Syafrubesi, Betrawati, Trishuli, Devighat and other places in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading and Chitwan districts. To deal with this difficult situation, a total of Rs. 51 lakhs has been provided on behalf of the bank and the employees working in the bank. A total of Rs. 51 lakhs has been provided.
The Bank expresses its heartfelt condolences to all the brothers and sisters who lost their lives in this hour of calamity and extends deepest condolences to the bereaved family. It also wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured.
